Adopting flexible working practices led SRJWW to downsize their physical office footprint. This shift in spatial strategy enabled the workplace design to foster an open and collaborative atmosphere among team members.
Emphasising shared workspace and integrating breakout areas with the kitchen, the open-plan layout was designed to facilitate collaboration. Leveraging the warehouse framework, the fit-out included commercial elements like cable trays while incorporating greenery throughout the space.
