We believe the creation of bespoke spaces comes from three key ingredients – relationships,
creativity, and experience. We apply this ideology to both our commercial and residential projects.
With the support of the project teams, Harry provides the perfect partnership to clients to navigate through the architectural journey. Each project provides an opportunity to create new spaces however it is the experience and learning from previous projects which creates a valuable foundation. We pride ourselves on focusing on the clients brief and aiming to exceed their
expectations through our professionalism.
Our process follows the traditional provision of Architectural services, whereby we support our clients from the first sketch through to the completion of construction. These stages can be defined by Schematic and Concepts, Design Development, Documentation and Contract Administration.
This is the ‘getting to know you’ stage. We start building the foundations of the relationships with our client as we address aspects of context, site, creation, aesthetic and aspirational objectives. This phase consists of a Design Charette, where we workshop ideas with the clients to provide design outcomes.
During this phase, the schematic design is developed into a more standardized drawing package, and further design resolutions are found through the next layering of detail. For residential clients, this is the stage where the Development Application (DA) level of drawings are achieved which allows for application for Town Planning Approvals through council and relevant consultants.
There are several components within the documentation stage, which cover the architectural, interior design and selections process. Deliverables for this phase enable tendering to be undertaken, heading towards a construction issue of drawings.
Administering the contract is a privilege of an Architect, where we assist the client through the construction phase. We act in accordance with the contract in a dual capacity, acting as an agent of the client and an independent assessor.
