The concept of “New York Meets Paris” served as the foundation for shaping the ideas behind the proposed renovation of the SQ Penthouse. By drawing inspiration from these two iconic cities, the architectural approach focused on blending traditional details with a contemporary flair.
This concept provided a framework for achieving a sense of practical opulence, elegance, and an intriguing interplay of textures. We reconfigured the spatial layout of the existing dwelling to align with a modern lifestyle, creating an open-plan environment complemented by designated secondary spaces for personal retreat and relaxation.
