Bailey Street

Refurbishment and upgrade of the existing warehouse provided an opportunity to reveal the beauty of the raw building.  The warehouse was divided into multiple tenancies, providing options for a variety of tenants. The refurbishment included upgrading of facilities, services and creating a street presence.
